Required Skills and Experience: • Degree in Civil Engineering • 10–15 years of relevant experience in high-end real estate or hospitality projects with a major focus on finishing. • In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, Structural & External works application methods, and sequencing of works. • Proven track record in delivering projects on time with impeccable quality. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple contractors and agencies.
